How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All Bake box orders placed Thursday to Monday will be dispatched the on the following Tuesday. Mystery Boxes, coffee & equipment we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.
How will my order be dispatched?
All ordered will be dispatched via Royal Mail first class, and should arrive within 1 to 2 of being dispatched. Please note packages are too large to fit through the letterbox so someone will need to be in to accept delivery.
Do you have any other flavours available to buy like the pictures on social media?
Subject to flavours being available we can put almost anything in a brownie or blondie so just drop us a message on the contact page and we can process your order a different way!
Do you cater for allergies?
All our products are made in the same kitchen with the same equipment. Most of our products contain a number of common allergens. Ingredients stored on site contain Cereals containing Gluten, Wheat, Barley, Eggs, Milk, Soya, Nuts & PEANUTS. While we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination of allergens we cannot guarantee any of our products are allergen free. If you do have an allergy please get in contact with us to let us know so we can take extra measures when preparing your order.

I live local can I pick up to avoid a delivery charge?
If you live local and would like to pick up to avoid the delivery charge .
How do I order cupcake or celebration cakes?
Unfortunately cupcakes and celebration cakes wouldn't survive a postal journey so you cannot purchase them online. However, if you live local or are willing to travel to pick up again drop us a message via the contact us page.
